Welcome Back to Lye and Sedgley events

Welcome back to Brierley Hill Black Country Radio is hosting a multicultural celebration event in Brierley Hill on Saturday 19 March. The event, which runs from 10am-3pm will feature live entertainment, cookery demonstrations and will be broadcast throughout the day by Black Country Radio. The day is part of the Welcome Back campaign to encourage people back into town centres and support local businesses as the country emerges from the pandemic. The Welcome Back Fund is providing councils across England a share of £56 million from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to support the safe return to high streets and help build back better from the pandemic. Welcome back to Sedgley Sedgley will be hosting Sedgley Spring Fest on Sunday 20 March. The free event runs from 11.30am – 4pm on Sunday 20 March at Vicar Street Gardens and will feature a main stage, live music and a spring market. There will also be fairground rides, street entertainers, circus workshop and special guests, football mascots Baggie Bird and Wolfie.
