Tuesdays will always be Bluesdays at Henry’s Blueshouse at The Bull’s Head on Bishopsgate Street, but on Tuesday 14th January at 7pm there will be the patter of not-so-tiny feet as Dance With Me Henry steps into the spotlight with a free jitterbug dance lesson for beginners and improvers.
Dance maestros Chico White and Szilvia Karlos step into the spotlight to deliver a dance session straight out of 1930s Cotton Club Harlem. Subsequently, until the curtain falls at 10:15pm Jitterbug social dancing will break out to the music of Big Jim and The Alabama Boogie Boys who will hold sway from 8pm.
Non-dancers are welcome to come along and enjoy yet another night of Boodle am Shake on funky downtown Broad Street – The Home of Happy Feet
Admission is free for the entire evening.
