Join Stirchley Printworks at Ikon Gallery for a one-day drypoint etching workshop.
The workshop includes a unique opportunity to activate a traditional flatbed printing press, on loan from Wolverhampton School of Art, which forms the centrepiece of Ikon’s exhibition Start the Press!
Get inspired by the prints on display, including works by Lubaina Himid, David Hockney, Yinka Shonibare and Catherine Yass, alongside new artwork by regional printmakers, made at Ikon during the exhibition.
Ikon has also collaborated with Stirchley Printworks to create a limited edition screen print, celebrating Ikon and Wolverhampton School of Art.
