Dementia Carer Support Service - four new positions



Four positions for a new support service for carers of people with dementia in Birmingham
Deputy Manager of Dementia Carer Service
To support the management of the Birmingham Carers Hub Dementia Service. This includes line management of 3 Dementia Carer Information and Advice Officers.
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday (with some shift and rota working)

£23,500 per annum.

Dementia Carer Advice and Information Officer (x 3 posts)
3 posts to support our new support service providing specialist information, support and advice to carers of people with dementia, joining the Carers Hub team based at Age Concern Birmingham.
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday (with some shift and rota working)

£20,500 per annum.

All posts will be based at our head office at Carers Hub at Age Concern Birmingham, 76-78 Boldmere Road, Sutton Coldfield B73 5TJ. With scope to work from our other centres around the city and provide home based support to carers.
