DON’T PANIC! – DAD’S ARMY IS ON ITS WAY!

Opens at The Core Theatre, Solihull on March 5th 

Following first class reviews from its opening events in 2019, a brand new Dad’s Army style variety tribute show, Don’t Panic! will launch at Solihull’s premier arts and cultural hub, The Core Theatre on March 5.

The especially scripted show, which uniquely promises all the characters and laughs of the original TV programme, has already been credited as “live comedy at its very best”.

The Don’t Panic! cast of highly experienced actors superbly embody favourite characters from the hit series including, Captain Mainwaring, Lance Corporal Jones, Private Godfrey and Private Frank Pike. They are joined by Sergeant Whittlesnake, who will lead audience sing-alongs of favourite wartime songs. 

Don’t Panic has been brought to the stage by the independently owned Peel Talent managed by Jack Applebaum, which is behind the hit touring and West End musical theatre show, the long running tribute to the iconic Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, Big Girls Don’t Cry.  Jack is also the producer of The Masters of The House, Good Vibrations, One Night of Rock and many other successful productions ranging from serious theatre to pantomime!
