Mark Robinson has played violin for the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra for 40 years. Before, he dabbled in rock: the US beckoned till a gangland shooting killed that idea. So Classical it was, from end of the pier outfits in his student days, to signing up with the CBSO,  starting the Fiddle and Bone pub (he was the Fiddle), the Rattle years, and up to now.
